    Daniel is a highly experienced Registered Nurse with 20 years of experience, including 10 years in management roles within the Aged Care industry. With a bachelor’s degree in Nursing and qualifications as a Justice of the Peace (JP Qual) in Queensland, Daniel brings a comprehensive set of skills to his work. He has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by staff and organisations in the Aged Care sector and is dedicated to person-centred care. Daniel excels in effective staff recruitment, managing quality and financial outcomes. Daniel is actively involved with the support and care of a family member with a disability and therefore has first-hand experience from the participant perspective in navigating NDIS supports. This lived experience gives him a true understanding of the challenges faced by participants when trying to access quality support services, and influences how and why Workforce Extensions FNQ Health operate in the NDIS space. Driven by his passion for helping others, Daniel is devoted to providing training and support to guarantee the delivery of exceptional care & Supports.

    Assistance with daily life and household tasks
    We provide personalised NDIS support to assist participants with daily living and household tasks, helping maintain independence and achieve individual goals. Our compassionate support workers can assist with activities such as meal preparation, personal routines, cleaning, laundry, shopping and other everyday tasks, delivering reliable support tailored to each participant's needs and preferences.
    Travel and transport arrangements
    We offer reliable, safe and specialised travel and transport for NDIS participants, utilising modern vehicles with wheelchair restraints up to 200kg. Our vehicles have been specially sourced and modified to meet your needs to ensure your safety and comfort during transportation.
    Participation in group and community activities
    We support NDIS participants to attend group and community-based activities, making it easier to stay connected with the community and participate in programs they enjoy. Our friendly support workers provide safe, reliable transport and assistance throughout the activity, helping participants build confidence, develop social connections, and engage in meaningful experiences.
    Daily personal activities
    We provide respectful and personalised support with daily personal activities to help NDIS participants maintain their independence and wellbeing. Our experienced support workers assist with tasks such as personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, mobility, and other everyday routines, delivering care that is tailored to each participant's individual needs, preferences, and goals.
