What you'll do:
Lead and mentor a small kitchen brigade, rostering, training and daily operations
Take ownership of food cost control, supplier negotiations and margins
Collaborate on seasonal menu development and refreshes
Maintain high standards of presentation, consistency and food safety
Work closely with FOH, events and hotel teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
Be hands on in the kitchen when needed, supporting the team during busy service
What we'd love you to bring:
Proven experience as Head Chef/Senior Sous in busy food & beverage or hotel environments
Strong commercial mindset with ability to control food cost and wastage
Creative flair and ability to evolve menus in line with guest trends
Leadership & interpersonal skills - confident in coaching and building a cohesive team
A commitment to quality, consistency and operational discipline
