About the Role
We are currently seeking Civil Construction Supervisors and Leading Hands to join a respected civil and infrastructure company based in Townsville. These are ongoing opportunities with an immediate start for the right candidates, offering consistent work on large-scale civil construction projects.
You will be responsible for coordinating teams on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. These roles require hands-on leadership with the ability to guide crews, liaise with project managers, and maintain compliance with safety and quality systems.
