Shutdown Fitters - Whyalla, SA

$65 per hour (Flat Rate) | Meals & Accommodation Provided

We are currently seeking qualified and experienced Fitters to join a major shutdown project in Whyalla, South Australia, running from 4 February through to 21 February.

This shutdown offers consistent hours, strong flat-rate pay, and the opportunity to work within a large-scale industrial/mining environment.

Project Details

• Shutdown dates: 4 February - 21 February
• Location: Whyalla, SA
• Pay rate: $65 per hour - flat rate (all hours)
• Hours: 10-12 hour days, including weekends as required
• Meals and accommodation provided for the duration of the shutdown

Essential requirements

• Australian recognised Fitter trade qualification
• Demonstrated experience in industrial and/or mining environments
• Previous shutdown experience highly regarded
• INX inductions completed, or willingness to undertake prior to commencement
• Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol screen
• Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork
