We are seeking skilled and safety-focused Fixed Plant Process Operators to join our client's aggregate processing team. This role is temp to perm for the right person. If you have experience operating heavy equipment like 3-tonne excavators and bobcats, working with jaw and cone crushers, and performing general yard cleanup, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor jaw and cone crushers, ensuring efficient material processing.
- Use 3-tonne excavators and bobcats to feed crushers, load trucks, and manage material piles.
- Perform daily equipment inspections, maintenance, and lubrication.
- Conduct general yard cleanup, including shoveling, sweeping, and organizing work areas.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free site.
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating excavators, bobcats, or similar heavy equipment.
- Familiarity with jaw and cone crusher operations preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, shoveling, etc.) and work outdoors.
- MSHA Part 46 certification (or willingness to obtain, company-sponsored).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
