Our client is seeking an experienced Mobile Plant Operator / Operations Supervisor to join their hardworking team based in Wingfield, SA. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll play a key leadership role overseeing safe and efficient site operations, soils recycling and reuse processes, while providing hands-on support to your team.

This is a genuinely active role - you'll be working outdoors, on your feet, and directly involved in day-to-day operations. What You Will Be Doing

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple locations
  • Support the safe and efficient management of soils recycling and reuse processes
  • Lead, coordinate, and provide hands-on assistance to site teams to meet targets and compliance requirements
  • Deliver excellent customer service through effective liaison with internal stakeholders
  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure all operations meet regulatory standards

What You Will Bring

  • Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience in Quarrying, Earthmoving, Waste Management, or a closely related industry
  • Current tickets for 3 or more of the following: HC, HR, LL, LZ, LF, LE, LR, LS, LB
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams
  • Proven problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate computer skills and confidence using digital reporting systems
  • Current Driver's Licence and the ability to work independently and outdoors
  • Desirable: Asbestos identification/handling training, Fire Warden competency, and First Aid Certificate
