About the Role
Our client is on looking for an experienced Refrigeration Tradesperson on a full time basis in Townsville.
The role is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of large-scale commercial refrigeration plant installation works. Including supervising labourers and apprentices, coordinating daily tasks, and ensuring materials, plant, and/or contractors are organised and used efficiently. Responsibilities include maintaining site safety, compliance, and cleanliness; supporting accurate ordering, procurement, and documentation; completing or assisting in project handovers; and resolving site issues to keep works on schedule. The role works closely with supervisors and management to maintain workflow, meet performance targets, and ensure all installation activities are completed in line with WHS&E requirements and company standards.
