Registered Nurse

The Role:

You will be an experienced, multi-skilled Registered Nurse looking for an opportunity for either local, or remote work. Utilising your exceptional clinical assessment, decision-making and problem-solving skills, and abilities, you will provide an optimum standard of care to our clients, making a real contribution to their health outcomes.

Local RN - starting from $52.68/hr plus penalties (RN Level 1, New Graduates)

Local RN - starting from $57.65/hr plus penalties (RN Level 1, year 1 with experience)

About you:

Successful candidates will have a passion for delivering high-quality care within Hospitals, Community settings or Aged Care, and will possess the following:

• Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration with no restrictions
• Experience in PICC Line Management
• Accreditation Certificate for Cannulation insertion (or willing to obtain)
• Current National Police Check
• Up to date Covid and Flu Vaccine. (Minimum 3 Covid shots. And annual flu shot.) (Strongly Desirable)
• Prof of your rights to work in Australia. (AUS passport/birth certificates, or foreign passport with your AUS visa.)
• DHS work with Children.
• First Aid Certification
• BLS: Provide basic emergency life support.
• Hand Hygiene
• Manual Handling
• NDIS screening.

Success candidates needs to obtain the following requirements:

• Experience in providing personal care to clients in a healthcare setting.
• Good knowledge of aged care, disability care practices and principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards clients.
