Workforce Extensions | Scoresby have Client's looking for qualified spray painters for automotive spray painting of various parts in Melbourne's West and South East suburbs to commence in January 2026.
Duties:
- Producing high quality work in a production, spray booth environment.
- Pre-building, preparing and masking up is needed, along with painting in solid and metallic finishes.
- A flexible approach to team work and duties will be required, as the successful applicant will also be expected to assist in other day to day operations of the business where time permits.
Experience:
- Recent experience in the Automotive Spray-Painting industry will be required.
- Trade Qualified Spray Painter - highly regarded.
- Ability to use suction feed spray guns with two pack solid and metallic paints - highly regarded.
- Able to follow specific work instructions, have a keen eye for detail and pride in your workmanship.
- Basic hand and air tool skills - highly regarded.
- Ability to work in a team environment and have a 'can do' attitude.
Requirements:
- Current driver's license and reliable transport.
- Must be punctual, reliable and available for work Monday to Friday & overtime where required.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- A great attitude to work and helping others.
- Current 2 recent work referees.
