    Ian brings diverse experience in various industries including construction, security, transport/logistics, business services, hospitality sectors and managing cattle farms. Initially joining the North Sydney office as a recruitment consultant, I had the opportunity to learn the business from the ground up, progressing to Recruitment Manager and ultimately in my current role as Owner Operator/Managing Director. I’m extremely passionate about maintaining personal contact with my clients, employees. My team and I strive to ensure a high standard of personal service, working closely with clients and applicants, aligning the most suitable candidates for each position.

    Temporary / On-Hired Recruitment Solutions
    Workforce Extensions North Sydney provide temporary / on-hired staff to companies across Sydney and the Greater NSW on both short and long-term projects. They assist companies with their staffing needs and supplement their existing workforce. Temporary (temp) services assist many companies with reducing headcount for their respective organisations. With our temp service we pay all wages and entitlements, superannuation, workers compensation insurance, PAYG withholding and payroll tax (where applicable). Our rates are based on the casual rates under the Federal Modern Awards.
    Permanent Recruitment Solutions
    Workforce Extensions North Sydney employs specialist recruitment consultants covering a broad range of industries. This ensures that they can give expert advice to both clients and candidates to ensure a great match. They take the time to get to understand their clients and build long lasting relationships.
    Process
    Workforce Extensions North Sydney takes care of the entire recruitment process; including advertising, evaluating, screening, and onboarding. Plus we manage the full payroll for all on-hire staff.
