Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 + Company Vehicle + Super
Workforce Extensions is currently recruiting an experienced Civil Supervisor to join a well‑established civil contractor delivering projects across demolition, land division, and underground infrastructure.

About the Role
- Supervise day‑to‑day civil works on site
- Coordinate site crews, subcontractors, and plant
- Oversee underground services, demolition, and earthworks
- Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to specification
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients
- Maintain WHS, quality, and environmental standards
About You
- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor, or a Leading Hand ready to step up
- Strong background in civil construction, including underground services and land division
- Ability to read and interpret plans and manage site activities
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Committed to safety and quality outcomes
