In 1997, Workforce Extensions commenced its journey in becoming Australia’s largest owner operator in labour hire and recruitment. Now with 25 years’ experience and a growing national network around Australia, WE are the right call to start your own labour hire and recruitment agency.

The key to our success is simple – we see this journey as a partnership and ensuring WE are both playing to our strengths. Whilst all our offices are owned and operated by locals in the community with a strong focus on supporting clients and candidates, we take the headache out of running the back end of a business and providing support in financial, IT, marketing, safety, compliance and a lot more.

Each week we process all on-hired staff payments, send them their payslips as well as generating client invoices.

We support your debt collections, credit insurance and payment allocations.

From website and social media development, right through to local area marketing and digital assets we have your marketing covered.
Operations Manual
You'll get access to our “bible” which contains all the necessary documentation, policies, and procedures you require for end-to-end recruitment.

We provide you with leading software systems that enable you to run your business efficiently from your office, home or on the road.
ISO Accreditation
We are ISO accredited in Safety, Quality & Environmental which you can promote locally in your business.
Initial training
Initial training involves 5-10 days of in-person training in National Office to ensure both you and your business are set up correctly.
Follow-Up & On-Going Training
Once you commence trading, our National Office team will work with you and your team on ensuring everything is running smoothly and provide any additional training you may need.

Initial Conversation
Following this conversation, we will send you some information on franchising and a confidentiality agreement to commence the process

Phone/Video Interview
We want to understand your specific experience, goals and objectives, and provide you with important information on the program

Discover
At this point if we are both comfortable that the partnership is a good match, you'll develop a business plan and complete an application form which is presented to the Franchisee Selection Board

Meet the Team
Once you have completed and presented your business plan to the Selection Board, we'll invite you to our National Office where you will spend time with members of the team who will support you once you join.

Decide
You'll be supplied a "Franchise Pack" which includes all necessary documentation for you to complete your due diligence in becoming a franchisee.

Develop
Once you have signed the contract, we begin the training and onboarding process of becoming a franchisee.

Launch
Open your doors and start placing candidates with your clients.

    Absolutely! We provide a wide range of training programs that incorporates all aspects of running a labour hire and recruitment agency. Not just upon commencement, but throughout your journey with us as a franchisee.

    Workforce Extensions support a wide range of industries across Australia, focusing on a specific industry sector is a great way to build a strong candidate and client database.

    Are there any territory or market restrictions?

    Workforce Extensions key focus is ensuring the host client is correctly supported by our franchisee network. Whilst there are no restrictions on how we service our host clients, there are some restrictions in the way you operate your franchise which are outlined in the Franchising Code of Conduct. These will be discussed with you at the appropriate time.

    I have an existing business; can it co-exist with a Workforce Extensions recruitment franchise?

    Yes, labour hire can be a valuable addition to the service offerings of many businesses.  Your database of clients may present an opportunity into the labour hire industry which can benefit both your business and your existing clients.

    What recruitment software do I need?

    We provide this to you, Each Workforce Extensions office uses Australia’s leading recruitment software packages. This software includes candidate management, CRM, payroll services, e-timesheets and job posting modules.

    Can I sell the franchise?

    Yes, you have the right to sell on the open market at any time provided you follow the process outlined in the franchise agreement.
