Customer Service Representatives

About the Role

Workforce Extensions Geelong are seeking motivated Customer Service Representatives to join a growing team in the automotive industry, across new locations in Geelong and Werribee. These roles will suit individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and take pride in delivering high-quality service.

In this role, you will:

• Provide a positive customer experience by greeting and assisting customers
• Complete rental and return transactions accurately and efficiently
• Promote and upsell services to customers
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Manage reservations and related administrative tasks
• Work collaboratively within a team environment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A current and valid driver's licence with a clean driving record
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good computer and keyboard skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends
