Workforce Extensions Ballarat is currently seeking experienced administration professionals to join our talent pool for a range of permanent and temporary positions across Ballarat.

Typical duties may include reception, customer service, scheduling appointments, data entry, document preparation, filing, accounts administration, phone enquiries and providing general administrative support to busy teams.

To be successful, you'll ideally have:

• Previous administration or office support experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A high level of organisation and attention to detail.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A professional and friendly approach.

Experience within healthcare, legal or transport industries will be highly regarded, although it is not essential for every opportunity.
