We have an excellent opportunity for you to join one of Perths leading family owned an operated industrial/ commercial building contractors. We are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator for a full-time position based in Bibra Lake. This is a varied, hands-on role where you wil be responsible for the day-to-day running of office operations, requiring you to have strong organisational skills and high attention to detail, you will enjoy a fast paced sometimes high pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Administration: Manage day-to-day office correspondence, answer and screen phone calls, manage office supplies, set up new suppliers/clients, and maintain hard-copy and digital filing systems.
- Document Control: Handle project-related documents through internal and external transmittal processes.
- Human Resources & Mobilisation: Coordinate employee and contractor onboarding, manage inductions, training, medicals, travel, accommodation, plant/vehicles, and oversee clothing supplies.
- HSE Support: Compile and maintain Health, Safety, and Environment documentation to meet client and site-specific compliance requirements.
- Accounts Support: Assist with basic data entry and accounts processing as required.
Key Requirements & Attributes:
- Proven previous experience in an office administration role (experience within the contracting or construction industry is highly regarded).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluent English.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Current driver's licence and permanent residency, with applicants required to be currently living in Perth.
- A Certificate III/IV in Business Administration is desirable but not essential.
