We are seeking reliable and safety-conscious Traffic Controllers to manage traffic flow around construction sites & roadworks,The ideal candidate will ensure the safety of workers, pedestrians, and motorists by following traffic management plans and using appropriate signage and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, monitor, and pack down traffic control equipment according to approved traffic management plans.
Direct traffic using stop/slow bat, signage, and verbal instructions.
Maintain clear communication with site supervisors and team members.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
Respond quickly and calmly to changing traffic conditions or emergencies.
Complete required documentation and incident reports as needed.

Traffic Controller

Valid Traffic Control Accreditation (e.g., Work Zone Traffic Management - WZTM).
White Card (Construction Induction).
Reliable transport to and from job sites.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.

Desirable:
Previous experience in traffic control or civil construction.
HR or MR driver's licence.
Availability for early morning, afternoon, or weekend shifts.
