🔹 Excavator Operator - 5T to 20T Machines

We are seeking a highly skilled Excavator Operator with a strong understanding of working around live services and civil environments. This is an exciting opportunity to join a trusted team on major infrastructure and renewal projects across Sydney.

To be successful, you will need:

• Minimum 3-4 years' experience operating excavators, including 5T machines
• Confident operating smaller to mid-sized machines (3T-20T)
• Solid industry knowledge and practical on-site experience
• Proven experience working around live services (water, gas, sewer, power, comms)
• Strong trenching skills
• HR truck licence - highly desirable

🔹 Pipe Layer - Civil Plumbing & Water Main Renewal

Workforce Extensions also seeks an experienced Pipe Layer with civil plumbing background, especially in water main renewal projects. You'll be part of a team that ensures Sydney's essential services are upgraded safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Laying new pipes and conducting water main renewal works
• Handling pipe replacement (excavation and installation)
• Using pipe relining techniques (trenchless repairs)
• Reading and interpreting site plans (advantageous)

Requirements:

• 3-4 years' experience in pipe laying or civil plumbing
• Strong understanding of repair vs. replacement techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented civil construction environment
• Plan reading ability - highly regarded
