Over this period she has developed a comprehensive skillset spanning all facets of recruitment and has honed a specialised focus in the blue-collar sector, with a deep understanding of multiple industries including construction, trades, mining and apprenticeships. Becky holds a proven track record of working with a wide range of clients to tailor recruitment strategies to their unique needs, ensuring a seamless fit between candidates and businesses. Her recruitment expertise has been showcased through winning South Australia ‘Recruiter of the Year’ on Sourcr in 2022, as well as being nominated for SA Women in Civil Construction Awards through the Civil Contractors Federation in 2024. Throughout his career Liam has worked in various roles including Team Coordinator and Supervisor, but his true strength lies in his practical, boots-on-the-ground experience. With direct involvement in concreting, truck driving, and civil labouring, Liam has a comprehensive understanding of the technical and operational demands that drive success in the civil construction sector. Liam’s hands-on experience in the wine and civil construction industries has given him an insider’s view of the technical skills and practical traits required to thrive in these roles, providing him with a unique ability to evaluate and understand what makes a great candidate. Whether it’s leading a team, working directly with contractors, or navigating the complexities of civil construction projects, Liam is passionate about delivering the right talent to meet business needs. His deep industry experience and personal commitment to excellence allows him to effectively support both employers and workers in an ever-evolving sector.
