    With over 20 years of experience as a social worker, Pam has had the privilege of working across a diverse range of sectors including aged care, disability, forensic and health. Throughout her career, she’s been driven by a passion for supporting people and communities, helping individuals navigate complex challenges and build better futures. Pam’s interest in people and systems naturally evolved into a broader focus on supporting personal and organisational growth, and her current studies in accounting combine her people-first approach with analytical and financial skills to contribute in meaningful ways. Outside of work Pam has volunteered extensively with children with disabilities and the Ballarat Animal Shelter, which reflects her lifelong dedication to care, advocacy, and making a tangible difference in the community.
