1st and 2nd Fix Carpenters

We have an excellent opportunity for experienced Carpenters based North of the River.

Our client is a well known and trusted contractor specialising in mass timber construction. They are responsible for commercial projects such as train stations, library and apartment construction across Perth. Their newest project has commenced in Ellenbrook, where the scope of works will consist of steel and timber construction, followed by framing and setting out, 1st and second fix then followed by cladding. Construction has started and we are now mobilising trades

Pay rates have penalties and travel allowances for this role. Weekly salary is north of $2000 a week

Type of work

• Timber construction.
• All types of façade cladding.
• Feature timer ceilings, wall linings, and decking.
• 1^st & 2^nd carpentry scope of works

Certificate's and Licences

• EWP ticket or yellow card.
• Working at heights within two years.
• Own hand tools
• Trade certificate

This project will offer a varied and different work, with flexibility on working hours ranging between 40-55 hours a week.
