Key Duties:
Manage front desk, calls, and appointment bookings
Coordinate schedules to maximise workflow efficiency
Maintain accurate client records
Process payments and assist with invoicing follow-up
Conduct outbound calls to support client engagement
About You:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Previous reception/admin experience
Confident phone manner and highly organised
Proficient in Microsoft 365
Experience in an accounting or professional services environment is highly regarded.
