We are currently seeking a motivated Administration Assistant to join our team based in Moorabbin. This is a full-time permanent position offering stability, development, and a great team environment.
Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 4:00pm (30-minute lunch)
Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm (30-minute lunch)
General reception and administrative duties
Answering incoming calls and handling enquiries
Liaising with customers and providing support
Logging service technician jobs in Simpro (training provided)
Setting up new customer accounts
Invoicing using MYOB
Preparing paperwork for deliveries
Data entry, scanning, and filing
Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Previous customer service or client-facing experience
General administration experience
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Proactive and positive attitude
Supportive and friendly team environment
Full-time permanent role with long-term stability
