About the role:
This is a permanent full-time employment position based on 38 hours per week with a 7:30am start
Job Requirements
- Reception / Administration duties
- Using Simpro to log service technician jobs (No experience necessary)
- Liaising with Customers
- Setting up Customer accounts
- Invoicing duties using MYOB
- Preparing the files and necessary paperwork for deliveries
- Data entry duties
- Answering incoming calls
- Scanning and filing
- Other ad-hoc administration duties as required
Qualifications and Experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with client relations and customer service
- Experience in general administration
- Well-developed organisational skills
- Proactive approach to responsibilities
