We have an excellent opportunity for you to join one of Australia's well-known appliance and furniture outlets. Working in their commercial division you will ideally have a background in a trades based organisation (Electrical, Air- Conditioning or Plumbing)

Working Monday-Friday, you will be responsible for the following duties;

  • Processing of warranty claims
  • Liaising with parts departments, warranty companies, manufacturers, and third-party retail companies daily
  • Working closely with the design and inventory departments
  • Have good computer skills (training on their in-house software given)
  • Help schedule subcontractor and product deliveries.
  • Data entry of purchase orders and invoices
  • Maintain files of all live jobs
  • Redirect incoming phone calls

The annual salary is based on experience Circa $60,000 start times can vary, this is a full time position!
