Role Details:
Facilities
- Source and liaise with external suppliers e.g. pest control, cleaning, waste management
- Maintain Preventative Maintenance Schedule
- Update Material Safety Data Sheets
Financial
- Assist with Debtors' Report
- Pay car insurance etc
- Update daily exchange rates
- Send bank statements to Head Office monthly
- Check and approve credit card receipts for Product Engineer
- Assist with month end reporting
Human Resources
- Organise training opportunities for staff, as required
Office Management
- Maintain shared & personal email address and shared calendar
- Order stationery & office supplies
- Booking accommodation, hotels, car hire for respective Line Managers
- Organising social events when required
- Projects - coordinate with Administration Manager
Customer Sales
- Process purchase orders
- Organise dispatch
- Process customer invoicing
- Investigate and respond to Expediter Reminders
- Issue customer statements upon request
EH&S
- Conduct monthly safety observations
- Reports
- Maintain OTD report
Quality
- Conduct monthly internal quality audits
- Assist with Annual Audit Survey
Requirements
Outlook and MS Office proficient
- Proven general administration experience
- Great communication skills
