About the Role

Working alongside an experienced and supportive team, you'll deliver a wide range of arboriculture services across residential, commercial and infrastructure projects throughout Ballarat and Victoria.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Tree climbing and aerial pruning
• Tree removals
• General arboriculture and tree maintenance
• Safe operation of modern arboriculture equipment
• Working to the highest safety standards
• Delivering quality outcomes for clients
• Working collaboratively as part of a professional crew

About You

We're looking for people who take pride in their work, value safety and enjoy working as part of a close-knit team.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience as an Arborist and/or Tree Climber
• ESI certification
• A minimum of 12 months' climbing experience
• Strong climbing and aerial work skills
• A proactive, safety-first approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
