Key Responsibilities
- Fabrication: Assemble trusses, wall frames, and prefabricated timber products to precise specifications.
- Tool Operation: Safely and proficiently use nail guns, jig saws, power saws, and general workshop equipment.
- Collaboration: Work effectively within the manufacturing team and warehouse to meet production targets and maintain quality standards.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven background in timber fabrication, frame/truss production, carpentry, or heavy factory work.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read construction drawings and a high level of confidence with power tools.
- Communication: Strong English communication skills are essential for safety and team coordination.
- Physical Fitness: Capability to handle the physical demands of a fast-paced workshop environment.
- Reliability: A track record of punctuality and a strong, team-oriented work ethic.
- Eligibility: Must have full, unrestricted Australian working rights.
