About the Role
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Structural Boilermaker for a project with a reputable engineering and fabrication company based in Townsville. This is an ongoing opportunity with immediate start for the right candidate, offering stability and the chance to work on a range of structural steel projects.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and welding of structural steel components, ensuring all work meets safety, quality, and engineering specifications.

Duties
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade (Boilermaker)

• Proven experience in heavy structural fabrication and welding (FCAW/MIG/TIG)

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and workshop plans

• High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work

• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety procedures

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
