Carpenters & Skilled Trade Assistants

Workforce Extensions Geelong is currently seeking Carpenters, Apprentice Carpenters and experienced Trade Assistants for multiple opportunities across Geelong and the surrounding region.

With a number of clients experiencing strong project demand, we are recruiting for a variety of roles ranging from workshop and production-based environments through to commercial construction, fit-out, renovation and project-based work.

Whether you're a fully qualified Carpenter, currently undertaking an apprenticeship, have partially completed an apprenticeship, or are an experienced Trade Assistant looking to take the next step, we'd love to hear from you.

  About You
  
  To be considered, you may be:
  
• A trade-qualified Carpenter
  
• Currently completing a Carpentry Apprenticeship
  
• Have partially completed a Carpentry Apprenticeship
  
• An experienced Trade Assistant with strong carpentry exposure
  
• Able to read plans and use hand and power tools safely
  
• Reliable, motivated and committed to quality workmanship
  
• Safety focused with a strong work ethic
  
  Desirable Requirements
  
• White Card (Construction Induction Card)
  
• Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
  
• Own hand and power tools (advantageous)
  
• Previous residential, commercial or production carpentry experience
