Our Client is seeking a motivated, reliable, and physically fit Civil Construction Labourer to join their team. This is a stable position offering consistent hours and a clear pathway to permanent employment for the right candidate who demonstrates dedication and safety awareness.
Employment Type: Full-time (Temp-to-Perm opportunity)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:45 AM - 3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- General Labouring: Assist with site excavations, concreting, and general material management.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including waste removal and site clean-up.
- Vehicle Operations: Safely operate a Medium Rigid (MR) vehicle to transport materials and equipment.
- Traffic Management: Assist with the setup, monitoring, and management of traffic control on public road sites.
Skills & Qualifications
- Essential: Construction Induction Card (White Card).
- Desired: Current Medium Rigid (MR) Driver's License or willing to obtain.
- Desired: Traffic Control (TC) Certification (Valid for QLD/NSW).
- Experience: Previous experience in civil construction or manual labour roles is highly desirable.
- Soft Skills: Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Safety: Demonstrated commitment to WHS policies and procedures.
- Right to Work: The right to work in Australia
