About the Company
Our client is a well-established civil construction contractor delivering high-quality projects throughout Victoria. With continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they're looking to add skilled operators to their Traralgon-based team.

About the Roles
We're currently seeking experienced Excavator, Dump Truck, and Compactor Operators for ongoing work on civil projects across the Traralgon area. These positions offer full-time hours, a supportive team environment and opportunities to develop your skills across a variety of plant and machinery.

What You'll Need

Excavator Operators
* Proven experience on 20T-120T diggers
* Skilled in bulk and detailed earthworks
* Final trim experience highly regarded
* GPS experience preferred but not essential
* Strong eye for detail and quality workmanship

Dump Truck Operators
* Current Driver's Licence and Haul Truck (RIIMPO338E or equivalent) ticket
* Experience in civil construction or quarry environments
* Reliable, safety-focused, and physically fit

Compactor Operators
* Relevant plant operating ticket(s) and recent experience
* Strong understanding of safe compaction practices
* Willing to assist with general site work when required

For all roles:
* Ability to follow OHS procedures and site instructions
* Available for an immediate start and open to overtime/Saturday work
* Reliable transport and current driver's licence
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening
