About the Role
You will play a key role in supporting project delivery, overseeing day-to-day site activities, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring works are executed to scope, quality, and safety standards. These roles offer a blend of office-based project coordination and on-site engineering support.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting in the planning, coordination, and delivery of civil construction projects
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with scope, timelines, and budget
- Liaising with subcontractors, site teams, consultants, and clients
- Managing quality assurance processes and reviewing technical documentation
- Preparing project reports, risk assessments, and progress updates
- Ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained on site
- Interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Supporting the site team with technical guidance and problem-solving
To be successful in these roles, you will need:
- A degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Previous experience as a Site Engineer or Project Engineer in civil construction
- Sound knowledge of roadworks, earthworks, drainage, or infrastructure projects
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with site and office-based teams
- Solid understanding of WHS, quality, and environmental standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project reporting tools
- Construction White Card
- Driver's Licence
- Familiarity with engineering software and systems (desirable but not essential)
