About the Role
You will play a key role in supporting project delivery, overseeing day-to-day site activities, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring works are executed to scope, quality, and safety standards. These roles offer a blend of office-based project coordination and on-site engineering support.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting in the planning, coordination, and delivery of civil construction projects
  • Monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with scope, timelines, and budget
  • Liaising with subcontractors, site teams, consultants, and clients
  • Managing quality assurance processes and reviewing technical documentation
  • Preparing project reports, risk assessments, and progress updates
  • Ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained on site
  • Interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation
  • Supporting the site team with technical guidance and problem-solving

To be successful in these roles, you will need:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
  • Previous experience as a Site Engineer or Project Engineer in civil construction
  • Sound knowledge of roadworks, earthworks, drainage, or infrastructure projects
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with site and office-based teams
  • Solid understanding of WHS, quality, and environmental standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project reporting tools
  • Construction White Card
  • Driver's Licence
  • Familiarity with engineering software and systems (desirable but not essential)
