Commercial Cladding Roof Plumber

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Cladding Roof Plumber to join our busy roofing and cladding team in Perth, Western Australia.

This role suits a skilled, hands-on tradesperson who takes pride in high-quality workmanship, with options ranging from strong individual operators up to leading hand level for the right candidate.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of commercial roof plumbing and cladding experience.
• Strong expertise in commercial metal roofing, wall cladding systems, flashings, cappings, gutters, and downpipes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications accurately.
• Current Working at Heights, EWP certification (Schedule 26 is a bonus, but we are happy to put the right candidate through it), and able to pass Drug & Alcohol (D&A) testing.
• Valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle suitable for travelling to project sites across Perth.
• Reliable, punctual, and strong communication skills when working with supervisors and other trades.

Responsibilities

• Undertake commercial roof plumbing, metal roofing, and cladding installations across projects throughout the Perth metro area.
• Accurately interpret site drawings, take precise measurements, and prepare flashing details.
• Work closely with site supervisors and crew members to ensure jobs are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high commercial standard.
• Identify and resolve installation issues proactively on site.

Remuneration

• $60-80 per hour, depending on demonstrated experience, technical ability, and leadership capability (ranging from strong trades hands up to leading hand roles).
• Applicants must have their own reliable vehicle to get to site.
