Construction Labourer - Memorial Installation

The opportunity

We're looking for a reliable and hands-on individual to join a growing installation team. This opportunity is with The Headstone Company, a specialist memorial provider operating across Victoria, with recruitment managed by Workforce Extensions Geelong. This is a physically active position suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in doing things properly, and wants to build long-term skills within a specialised trade. You'll work across a variety of sites, assisting with the installation of memorials and contributing to projects from start to finish. Much of the work is carried out within cemetery environments. These are quiet, respectful spaces, and the role requires a professional and considerate approach at all times.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with the installation of headstones and memorials
• Carrying out accurate measuring and levelling
• Concreting and site preparation
• Manual and machine-assisted digging
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment
• Supporting workshop tasks such as engraving and sandblasting
• Travelling to sites across Victoria (occasional overnight stays required)

Licences/Tickets

• White Card (Essential)
• Driver's license (Essential)
• Forklift licence (Desirable)
• Medium Rigid (MR) licence (Desirable)
• Excavator experience (Desirable)
