Construction Supervisor

This is an excellent opportunity to join this WA owned and operated long standing residential builder who specialise in new housing developments encompassing house and land packages.

As the Supervisor you are responsible for the management and successful delivery of 30 house projects by ensuring labour, subcontractors, equipment and material are effectively managed all within acceptable timeframes.

Duties will include:

• Procurement and scheduling of labour, subcontractors, equipment and materials
• Planning and using efficient use of resources
• Ensure safety of all personnel on site is never compromised.
• Effective leadership of the construction team
• Administration including timesheets, delivery dockets and site diary
• Be across all dwellings enabling completion dates to be met.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience in residential sub-division, housing development projects
• Excellent client relationship management
• Ability to communicate at all levels
• People management skills and thrive in high pressure environments
• Live South of the River
