The Role

Workforce Extensions is currently recruiting on behalf of GravIT for a confident and personable Customer Relationship Manager to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in the MSP space-or for someone with a technical retail background who's ready to take the next step into a more business-focused role.

The position is centred around building strong client relationships and becoming the trusted IT point of contact. The successful candidate will visit client sites, check in regularly, identify challenges, and guide customers towards practical solutions offered by GravIT.

From the initial conversation through to quoting, coordination, delivery, and follow-up, the Customer Relationship Manager will stay involved throughout the entire solution lifecycle. This role blends customer care with solution-based sales, all within a steady Monday to Friday schedule.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Relationship Management
    Serve as the key contact for an assigned portfolio of clients. Build trust, understand their needs, and maintain regular contact through site visits and ongoing check-ins.
  • Solution Identification
    Identify opportunities to solve problems or improve client setups and recommend relevant GravIT services or products.
  • End-to-End Sales Coordination
    Once a solution is proposed, manage the process from quoting to completion. Coordinate with technical staff and keep the client informed throughout.
  • Service Agreement & Account Support
    Assist with renewals, quotes, upgrades, and general account administration.
  • Liaison with Technical Teams
    Work closely with GravIT's technical team to ensure smooth delivery of services, while maintaining ownership of the client relationship.
  • Client Retention & Satisfaction
    Monitor client satisfaction, identify any issues early, and ensure clients feel supported and well looked after.

About You

  • Previous experience in a client-facing role-ideally in IT, tech retail, or a managed services environment.
  • Solid understanding of IT and the ability to speak confidently about general solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills-approachable, easy to talk to, and a good listener.
  • Solution-focused, with a genuine interest in helping rather than simply selling.
  • Organised, with the ability to manage multiple client conversations and follow-ups.
  • Comfortable following a structured sales and service process from beginning to end.
  • A current driver's licence and willingness to travel for client visits.
