Customer Service Officer | Beverley, SA
About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join a leading national supplier of medical and in-home aids. This is a full-time position (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm) offering a salary range of $58,000 - $65,000.
As the first point of contact for customers, you will provide exceptional service by answering calls and emails, processing orders, and assisting with product information. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and positive customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and emails, providing accurate product and pricing information
- Process orders, quotes, and invoices using relevant systems
- Coordinate equipment deliveries and collections
- Maintain accurate client records and filing systems
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Assist with inventory management and stock counts
- Uphold company values and contribute to a safe, customer-focused work culture
About You
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HirePos, MYOB, or SM8 is an advantage
- Knowledge of NDIS, HCP, or DVA portals desirable
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
