Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to support our customers, team members, and operational goals. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently, and takes pride in doing things right the first time.

Key Responsibilities

Safety - "Zero Harm"

• Conduct monthly safety audits and environmental checks
• Ensure safe handling of all products and visitors
• Participate in safety meetings and follow Standard Operating Procedures
• Complete reporting requirements, including near-miss reports

Customer Service & Satisfaction

• Answer calls using our standard greeting and respond promptly to enquiries
• Deliver quality products safely, in full, and on time
• Resolve customer concerns within 24 hours
• Maintain professionalism with customers, team members, and suppliers

Team Support

• Back up colleagues and provide technical support where needed
• Contribute to team problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Mentor, coach, and provide constructive feedback to teammates

Account Control

• Receive and process payments accurately
• Record customer information and verify authorisation
• Assist with overdue accounts and reduce bad debts

About You

• HSC/Diploma or equivalent experience in customer service
• Tertiary qualifications in Business or related field preferred
• Proven customer service experience with excellent organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
