Customer Service Representatives

About the Role

Working as part of a collaborative customer service team, you will play a key role in supporting both commercial and domestic customers. Your focus will be on delivering proactive service, managing orders efficiently, and contributing to strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing enthusiastic, professional customer service via phone and email
• Creating sales opportunities through proactive service and product knowledge
• Accepting, processing, and managing customer orders accurately
• Liaising with internal departments to meet customer requirements
• Meeting and exceeding customer expectations and internal KPIs/KRAs
• Following company systems and procedures to ensure service consistency
• Promoting and selling products where appropriate

For senior candidates: supporting team members, assisting with workflow, and contributing to continuous improvement

About You

• Experience dealing with customers in a service, sales, or administration environment
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• Supervisory or leadership experience (highly regarded for senior roles)
