We have an exciting opportunity for you to join one of Perth's leading swimming pool cover manufacturer and distribution businesses. We are looking to recruit for an immediate start as they are

about to go into their busiest time of the year.

This is a full-time position, where your core duties will be to receive inbound sales enquiries, sell,

process orders, schedule installations and provide customer service to company expectations for both

internal and external customers.

About the role

  • Assist in customer requirements sell and process orders to usually urgent time lines
  • To answer the phones in an efficient, courteous and friendly manner
  • Meet and greet visitors in an efficient, courteous and friendly manner and direct them to the relevant person.
  • Deal with customer related issues including requests for credits for faulty products etc
  • Follow-up within 24 hours on all enquiries and escalate to Manager prior if you cannot achieve a result to company expectations.
  • Scheduling installations with customers.
  • Any other tasks that may from time to time be required.
