We are currently seeking experienced Support Workers to provide community access services within the Eastern Sydney region.
Typical tasks in support of our clients (including but not limited to):
- Participate in activities with the client
- Promoting independence and skill building
- Providing travel and transportation options that are suitable
- Assisting in community access and participation
- To be an active listener and provide companionship

The successful applicants MUST have:
- Unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence
- A reliable mode of transportation (Car)
- Comprehensive vehicle insurance
- Certificate III in Individual support (preferred), Certificate II in Community Services, Certificate IV in Disability or Ageing Support
- Minimum 6 months paid experience providing disability support
- Work rights in Australia
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module or willingness to obtain
- A genuine passion for providing care and support
