Workforce Extensions Ballarat is seeking skilled and reliable Earthmoving Operators for a major 6+ month civil project based in Ballarat.

About the Role

We're looking for experienced operators who take pride in their work and can hit the ground running.
Current roles include:

• Moxi (Articulated Dump Truck) Operator
• Water Cart Operator
• Compactor Operator

Additional opportunities may also become available for:

• Excavator Operators
• Grader Operators

You'll be part of a supportive, down-to-earth team delivering a key regional infrastructure project in Ballarat.

What's On Offer

• $50 per hour Monday to Friday (flat rate)
• $90 per hour Saturday & Sunday
• Flexible roster - typically 7am to 5.30pm weekdays, with weekend shifts available
• Approx. 6+ months of consistent work on a major local project

What You'll Need

• Minimum 6 months+ experience in earthmoving or civil operations
• Articulated or Rigid Haul Truck Ticket - required
• Water Cart and Compactor tickets - advantageous
• Construction Induction Card (White or Red)
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport
• Strong safety focus and willingness to follow direction
• Reliable, team oriented attitude

Successful applicants will also be required to complete a National Police Check and drug and alcohol testing as part of site access requirements.

Note: Experience is highly valued - if you've been operating machinery for years but lack a specific ticket, site-based VOCs can be arranged under supervision.
