We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to provide trusted support to the Executive team and contribute to the smooth delivery of strategic priorities across the business.

Purpose of the Role

To provide high-level administrative and operational support to Chief Group's Executive team, ensuring efficient workflow, strong communication and effective execution of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex diaries, meetings and travel schedules for senior executives
  • Prepare and distribute executive communications including reports, presentations and updates
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholder engagement activities
  • Support business development, research and special projects
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Organise board and leadership meetings including agendas, minutes and action tracking
  • Liaise across operations, projects, finance and HR to support decision-making and follow through

Required Skills, Attributes and Experience

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant or senior administrator, construction, corporate or similar environments preferred
  • Exceptional organisation, written communication and time management
  • High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office and digital communication tools; project software advantageous
  • Professional presence, integrity and discretion
  • Proactive and adaptable with a strong customer service mindset
  • Confident stakeholder manager: able to support, influence and build trust at all levels
