Field Merchandiser

Workforce Extensions is partnering with Australian Hardware Merchandising to recruit a Field Merchandiser for an ongoing, full-time role servicing Bunnings and selected Spotlight stores throughout the Canberra region.

This position is well suited to someone who enjoys working autonomously, takes pride in maintaining high visual standards in-store, and is comfortable travelling between retail locations as part of their working day.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring products are presented to agreed standards while supporting strong brand visibility across multiple retail sites. You will work closely with store teams to maintain displays, manage stock presentation, and ensure consistency across all locations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining and updating Point-of-Sale (POS) displays to support effective product presentation
  
• Merchandising products in line with company and brand guidelines
  
• Monitoring stock levels and assisting with stock presentation and replenishment activities
  
• Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with store management and floor staff
  
• Visiting multiple sites across the region to ensure consistent brand representation

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to manage your time effectively across multiple locations.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• A current driver's licence
  
• Previous merchandising or retail experience (advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided)
  
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to day-to-day tasks
  
• The ability to work independently while maintaining a professional presence in-store
  
• A willingness to learn product information and confidently engage with store teams when required
