A national merchandising business is expanding across Victoria and is seeking Field Merchandisers and an Area Supervisor to join their growing team.

Available Roles

• Field Merchandisers (Multiple Positions)
• Area Supervisor - Melbourne Region

Field Merchandiser Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and merchandising layouts
• Maintain high standards of store presentation
• Replenish and rotate stock
• Build strong relationships with in-store staff
• Complete reporting, including photos and updates
• Travel between multiple store locations

Area Supervisor Responsibilities

• Oversee and support a team of merchandisers across Melbourne
• Provide training, guidance, and on-site support
• Conduct store visits and ensure merchandising standards are met
• Assist with scheduling and team coordination
• Act as a key point of contact between field staff and management

About You

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Reliable and organised with good time management
• Comfortable in a physically active role (lifting, bending, etc.)
• Willing to travel across a designated region

Additional for Area Supervisor

• Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or team leadership
• Ability to manage multiple locations and staff
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
