Workforce Extensions, on behalf of Mediapoint, a leading trade printing company based in Derrimut, is thrilled to offer an enticing opportunity for an experienced and detail focused Finance/Administration Officer to assist with a number of financial and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities;
- Bookkeeping - regular bank reconciliations with receivables aswell as inputting supplier invoices
- Payroll - Prepare and enter weekly payroll for 15-20 staff (mix of permanent and casual staff)
- Reporting - Present a variety of financial and operational reports to leadership team
- Support- Assist with diary management and project support
- Administration - Provide general administrative support as required
Skills/Experience We're Looking for;
- Previous experience in a similar role (Office Management, Bookkeeping etc)
- Sound computer skills including Xero and Ms Office Suite
- Previous reconciliation, payroll, AR and AP experience
- Ability to manage diaries and correspondence on behalf of directors where required

This position will initially be offered as permanent part time, 15 hours per week with potential scope to grow to 25. School friendly hours can be incorporated (please note this is an office based position).
