Foreman

Foreman needed for busy Wollongong based Building and Construction client
This is a permanent position and immediately available, successful candidate can start in early January.

Duties:

• Supervising construction workers and subcontractors to ensure tasks are performed correctly and promptly.
• Planning daily work schedules, project tasks, and resource allocation to meet project timelines and budgets.
• Reviewing construction plans and specifications to maintain accuracy and quality of work.
• Conducting regular site inspections to enforce adherence to safety and building regulations.
• Training new team members on operational protocols and safety procedures.
• Communicating effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders about progress and issues on site.
• Problem-solving on-site issues and making quick decisions to prevent project delays.
• Maintaining detailed records of construction processes, worker attendance and project costs

Previous experience in a Foreman role is essential ang High Rise experience would be ab added advantage
