Workforce Extensions Geelong is currently seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators with both LF and LO licences for ongoing afternoon shift work with a well-established client based in Corio.
This is not a short-term peak role. We're offering consistent, ongoing opportunities with a view to permenancy for reliable and safety-conscious operators who are ready to start immediately.

About the Role
Working within a fast-paced warehouse environment, you'll be responsible for:
* High reach forklift operation
* Order picking using an LO order picker
* Loading/unloading trucks and general pallet movements
* Occasional manual handling (up to 25kg) as required
* Following all safety procedures and site protocols
What You'll Need
* Valid LF (forklift) and LO (order picker) licences
* Minimum 12 months experience on a high reach forklift
* Confidence working in a busy warehouse environment
* Reliable transport and the ability to work full shifts Monday to Friday
* Willingness to complete a saliva drug and alcohol screen and police check
We're Also Hiring: General Pick Packers (Day & Afternoon Shift)
In addition to forklift operators, we are also seeking general pick packers to join the same site across both day and afternoon shift. These roles involve:
* Manual picking and packing of goods
* Sorting and labelling
* Repetitive manual handling and working to KPI targets
These are ongoing casual roles offering full-time hours.
A forklift licence is not required but is preferred.
