The Role:

We are seeking experienced and multi-skilled Gardeners who are interested in opportunities primarily within community settings.

Utilising your exceptional assessment, decision-making, and communication skills, you will provide the highest standard of garden maintenance. Your work will make a meaningful contribution to the living outcomes and safety of our clients.

Primary Responsibilities

Lawn & Garden Care

• Lawn Mowing & Edging: Professional mowing, edging, and brush cutting (whipper snipping).
• Garden Maintenance: Diligent weeding and comprehensive garden bed upkeep.
• Pruning: Systematic pruning of shrubs and small trees to promote healthy growth.

Maintenance & Safety Services

• Hedge Trimming: Precision trimming to maintain aesthetics and ensure safe access.
• Mulching: Application of mulch to garden beds for moisture retention and weed suppression.
• Hazard Reduction: Clearing pathways, driveways, and entrances to mitigate trip hazards.
• Hydration: Light watering of plants and lawns as required.

Clean-Up Services

• Green Waste Removal: Efficient removal of leaves and organic garden debris.
• General Waste Removal: Collection and disposal of general rubbish (strictly non-hazardous items).

About You

Successful candidates will possess a passion for providing a high level of care, predominantly within the Aged Care sector. To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A current National Police Check;
• Your own gardening tools and a reliable vehicle;
• A valid DHS Working with Children Check;
• Proof of your right to work in Australia (Australian Passport, Birth Certificate, or a foreign passport with a valid Australian Visa);
• A valid Australian Driver's Licence (Full Licence or a recognised International Licence).
