Graduate Registered Nurse

Pay Rates:

• Local - starting from $50/hr plus penalties (RN Level 1, Newly Graduates)
• Local - starting from $55/hr plus penalties (RN Level 1, year 2)
• Rural Rates - starting from $73.62/hr plus penalties (RN Level 1, year 2)

The Role:

You will be a newly graduated Registered Nurse looking for an opportunity for either local, or remote work. Using your exceptional clinical assessment, decision-making and problem-solving skills, and abilities, you will provide an optimum standard of care to our clients, making a real contribution to their health outcomes.

About you:

Successful candidates will have a passion for providing a high level of care within Hospitals, Community or Aged Care, and will possess the following:

• Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration with no restrictions (Apply with us now if you are soon to get your AHPRA registration)
• Current National Police Check
• Proof of your rights to work in Australia. (AUS passport/birth certificate, or foreign passport with your AUS visa.)
• DHS work with Children
• First Aid Certification
• CPR Certificate (or: BLS: Provide basic emergency life support with CPR)
• Hand Hygiene
• Manual Handling
• NDIS screening & orientation

Flu & COVID Vaccines are not mandatory; however, it will be highly desirable, subject to change at any time.

Successful candidates need to obtain the following requirements:

• Experience in providing personal care to clients in a healthcare setting.
• Good knowledge of aged care, disability care practices and principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards clients.
